Presentation3 Own local food


1) Natsuki Kurose 

She is from Kagoshima. She introduced satsumaage, gane, kagoshima ra-men and kurobuta. These looked very delicious. I can know about a lot of information from her presentation.

2) Maho Hikida

She is from Shizuoka. She talked about her local food on Shizuoka. She introduced Shizuoka gyouza and Shizuoka oden. Shizuoka oden's characteristic is its black soup. In addition, it is often to use black hanpen in Shizuoka oden. 

3)Natsuki Noguchi

She is from Beppu, Oita. She introduced Oita at first. Next, she talked about toriten.  Toriten has a mild taste. It's match well with kabosu and ponzu. Toriten looked very delicious and I wanted to try it.

4)Maki Yoshihara

She is from Nagasaki. She talked about Nagasaki chanpon. She introduced Nagasaki chanpon using Ringer Hut as an example. According to her presentation, chanpon came from China in Edo period. Chanpon is good for our health because it contains a lot of vegetables. 

5)Yuki Ichinomiya

She is from Kumamoto. She introduce about miso-cured tofu. She talked about how to make miso-cured tofu. Miso-cured tofu tastes like a cheese. It is match with sake. We can eat it in Jousaien.

6)Honoka Kohama

She is from Kumamoto. She talked about ikinari dango. She introduce how to make ikinari dango. The ingredients are sweet potato, red beans paste and shiratamako. She talked also its arrange recipe. It has many kinds of tastes. It was colorful and looked very delicious.  

7)Kyoka Unoki

She is from Kumamoto. She told us many kinds of her local foods. She talked ikinaridango at first.  In Kumamoto, it is eaten for school lunch. Next, she introduced karashi renkon. It is very famous in Kumamoto. She finally introduced about taipien. It is healthy for us because it contains vermicelli instead of noodle.

8)Ayumi Higashida

She is from Kumamoto. She introduce about taipien. It made by chicken soup. Its origin is China. It is low calorie because it contains a lot of vegetables. We often see fried egg on the top of taipien. It is very famous in Kumamoto.

    I thought it is good to use some gestures with your presentation. So I thought the audience had interested in your speech. If you speak with more intonation , it can help the audience to understand your content more easily.

    I thought that your presentation was nice because you did body language or eye contact with audience. So, it was easy to listen. And I felt that your choice was unique and it was interesting.

    I heard some Hawaiian food for the first time. The picture of the food on her slide looked very vivid and delicious. I want to go to Hawaii.

Presentation4 Winter sports Report

 1)Noa Takuma She talked about curling. Curling is famous for Olympic. We use stone for curling. Curling is a sport that put the stone into the circle.  We must not touch to stone. The curling player is famous for the Buzzword award. 2)Ayana Usui She talked about ice skating. When we do ice skating, we use shoes with blade. The blade helps to slide on the ice. Nabe presentation2 Report

1) Tsuyoshi Horikawa   He talked about the history of nabe.  I got a lot of  new information about nabe from his presentation. He taught us that nabe are good for our health. 2）Noa Takuma  She talked about kiritanpo. Kiritanpo is a local food of Akita. I learned how to make kiritanpo from her presentation.  3) Maharo  Sugimoto  She introduced the traditional nabe in each region in Japan. I learned about nabe all over Lapan.  4) Arisa Hayashi   She introduced Imoni. Imoni is a local food of Yamagata prefecture.  I was surprised at that there was  a retort of imoni.  5)Rina Kawabata  She introduced the history of nabe.
