Nabe presentation2 Report

1) Tsuyoshi Horikawa   He talked about the history of nabe.  I got a lot of  new information about nabe from his presentation. He taught us that nabe are good for our health. 2)Noa Takuma  She talked about kiritanpo. Kiritanpo is a local food of Akita. I learned how to make kiritanpo from her presentation.  3) Maharo  Sugimoto  She introduced the traditional nabe in each region in Japan. I learned about nabe all over Lapan.  4) Arisa Hayashi   She introduced Imoni. Imoni is a local food of Yamagata prefecture.  I was surprised at that there was  a retort of imoni.  5)Rina Kawabata  She introduced the history of nabe. She taught us the history of many kinds of nabe.  6) Mutsumi Matsuda  She talked about hers earthen pot she had bought.  I learned that she has made many kinds of nabe.  7) Honoka Kohama  She talked about mille-feuille nabe.
